Note
The ICI’ 2026 conference organization has entrusted GUANGZHOU JUJIANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. to collect conference registration fees and issue corresponding invoices. The registration fee does not include accommodation or meals during the conference. ICI 2026 will adopt a hybrid format, combining both on-site and online presentation.
Registration Steps (注册步骤）
Step 1: Pay and Get the payment screenshot. (付款备注姓名并截图）
Pay the fees with reference of your name (Payment Reference: “ICI-{PaperID[Optional]}-Name”, 例如付款备注：ICI-123-张三) through the following ways. Save the snapshot of payment.

Invitation
- Invitation will be sent after successful registration.
- Your name must be exactly the same as that on your passport. Any difference between the name on the passport and the name on the invitation or other documents may result in delay / rejection of the visa.
- Please note that the Organizing Committee of the conference has no right to assist in the visa process. If your application is rejected, the Organizing Committee of the conference will not be able to change the decision of the Ministry of foreign affairs, and the organizing committee will not discuss or communicate with the embassy. If the applicant’s visa is refused, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
- It will take about one month for the embassy to process the visa application. Please register a s early as possible to ensure that you have enough time to apply for the visa.
